華星東方承建的河北省衡水市安平縣生活垃圾焚燒發(fā)電項目煙氣凈化工程于2021年08月01日通過72+24小時試運行。

The FGC project constructed by Huaxing for Anping waste incineration power plant in Hengshui, Hebei passed 72+24 hours trial operation onAugust01, 2021.

該項目建設(shè)總處理規(guī)模為800 t/d，建設(shè)2x400t/d的機械爐排垃圾焚燒生產(chǎn)線，配置1x18MW汽輪發(fā)電機組。煙氣處理采用“爐內(nèi)SNCR＋半干法(旋轉(zhuǎn)噴霧)＋氫氧化鈉溶液噴射系統(tǒng)+干法(干粉噴射)＋活性炭吸附＋袋式除塵+濕法（預(yù)留）+SCR（預(yù)留）+飛灰輸送、存儲及穩(wěn)定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EPC工程。

The plant has an average waste treatment capacity of 800 t/d, construction of 2x400t/d mechanical grate waste incineration production line, equipped with 1x18 MWsteam turbine generator. The FGC process applied "in-furnace SNCR + semi-dry rotary spray + Sodium hydroxide solution injection system + dry method with dry powder injection + activated carbon adsorption + bag filter + wet reserved + SCR reserved + fly ash conveying, storage and stabilization process". It is an EPC project of Huaxing.
